Important news about Sharron and convention update!
We recently found out the good news that Sharron is pregnant! So obviously she will be having some time off in the spring. With this in mind, she will be priority booking out slots for any of her regular customers who have work outstanding. She is looking to be working upto the end of March all things being well! So please get in touch with her via my email or contact the studio to arrange appointments! She will not be taking any work bigger than a half sleeve on before she goes on leave unless you are happy to be a gap in completion time if you have any questions please get in touch!
So also with this in mind we have had to cancel a couple of tattoo conventions we were working this year! We will unfortunately have to miss Liverpool and Inkfest! After having spoken to both shows we have confirmed that we will be definitely be up for working it next year so all is not too bad.
We will still be working Manchesters Tattoo Tea Party in March so if you would like something done please get in touch.
We are currently working on a brilliant selection of guest artists who will be making good use of the studio while Sharron is away! We will be announcing these over the next few weeks!

We are very pleased to announce that Lucky Lee Nicholls from Portsmouth will be doing a guest spot here at Northern Soul Tattoo on Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th September. Crazy day off shocker – The Studio will be closed for a few days over the next few weeks
In a vain attempt to get some time off and because of weddings and birthdays etc. The studio will be closed a couple of days over the next few weeks – Fri 1st/Sat 2nd July and Thurs 7th/Fri 8th July. We will be open as normal all other days. We will remind everyone closer to the time!
If you would like any bookings around the time please drop by the studio ASAP as bookings are going fast due to the limited spaces in those weeks.

Multi award winning Patrick McFarlane who works across Europe will be doing another guest spot at Northern Soul Tattoo again in August. Tattooers For Japan Fundraising Day

We had a lovely surprise today from Josie and Nicole from Central Tattoo Supplies. They have donated a load of supplies to us for our Walk In Charity this Sunday. These will be a big help in getting more people tattooed on the day.
Remember that we will be tattooing a selection of Japanese inspired designs for a range of prices and ALL money raised will go to the Tattooers for Japan fund to help the victims of the Japanese Tsunami Disaster.
So come down and get involved.
News of our Fund Raising Day is spreading – Tattooers for Japan on Sunday 3rd April
Our studio will be holding a walk in day on Sunday 3rd April where all money we take from tattooing will go to the Tattooers for Japan fund raising group to aid the victims of the Japanese Tsunami.

Ink for Aid – Our submissions have been sent
We have submitted two painting that will be up for auction as part of the Ink for Aid fund raising event in Leeds. Please click the link for more details, there will be a selection of art from the tattoo industry which will be auctioned off with all the proceeds going to the Japanese Disaster Fund. There will also be a number of artists tattooing on the day.

Tattooers for Japan Fund Raiser Day Flash Designs
Below are the designs that will be available on Sunday 3rd April from our studio Northern Soul Tattoo. These are only the outlines and will be coloured on the day. We will be open 11-5pm and customers will be taken on a walk in, first come first served basis. All designs will be priced between £30 and £140. All designs will only be put on limited places on the body so we can get as many done as we can!

We are getting involved with Tattooers for Japan and Ink for Aid – Raising money for Japan!
Tattooers for Japan
Due to the terrible scenes we have all been witnessing in Japan and the fact that all tattooists owe a great debt to Japan for their history in tattooing. We are proud to announce we will be participating in the Tattooers for Japan fund raising event that is happening around the world in the next few weeks.
So on Sunday 3rd April, we will be opening our doors for a one off walk in day of tattooing with ALL proceeds being given to the Japanese Diaster Fund.
We will be open 11am – 5pm, it will be on a first come first served basis, there will be a selection of Japanese themed designs to choose from (these designs will be posted up in the next week or so). There will be a variety of designs and prices.
We will not be tattooing any torsos, upper inner arm or lower backs as they take a liitle longer to do and we want to get as many tattoos in as we can so it will be pretty much arms, legs and the odd foot here and there.
We hope you will all come and get involved for what is a very good cause and you get a tattoo for helping out! How can you say no to that!
